Our Meet the Maker series is back—and this time, we're getting into the spirits.

Join us at nathálie wine bar for an evening with Matchbook Distilling Co., featuring a special cocktail menu by Andrew of Oz Wines, a visit from Leslie of Matchbook Distilling Co. from 5–7pm, and a full night of Dominican food specials inspired by our kitchen's roots.

The menu is built to be a little unexpected and a lot of fun, pairing Dominican flavors with a lineup of drinks that moves from bright and tropical to rich, bitter, creamy, and boozy.

Expect Caribbean citrus oysters, tuna crudo with coconut and ají amarillo, pastel en hoja with braised chicken, carne guisada with malta and tamarind, and a Dominican-inspired rum cake—alongside specialty cocktails featuring Matchbook spirits and other collaborators.

Think big flavors, thoughtful drinks, and a chance to meet the people behind what’s in your glass.

Leslie will be joining us from 5–7pm to talk Matchbook, while Andrew will be behind the bar creating the evening's cocktails.

No ticket required. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome.
